My area of focus is working with women with a trauma history who are healing from family of origin issues, attachment and relationship difficulties, or simply want to improve their coping skills during a stressful phase of life. In working with me, you’ll find I bring a personal approach in sharing of myself and humor to lighten what can be difficult topics to discuss. Walk and talk therapy

EMDR

I offer Walk and Talk Therapy as a unique and effective approach to mental health support, combining movement with traditional talk therapy. This outdoor, nature-based therapy allows clients to engage in meaningful conversations while walking, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional processing. Walking side by side can create a more comfortable and open space for discussing challenges, making it an excellent option for those who find traditional office settings restrictive. This approach is beneficial for managing stress, anxiety, and depression while incorporating the therapeutic benefits of physical activity and nature.



Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other distressing experiences. EMDR helps reprocess painful memories using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, reducing their emotional impact and promoting healing. This evidence-based approach allows clients to gain relief from past trauma, shift negative beliefs, and move forward with greater resilience. Through a structured and supportive process, I help individuals work through their experiences in a safe and effective way.



I provide telehealth therapy sessions through secure video, offering flexible availability on most weekdays and some evenings. My approach is tailored to support individuals dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and PTSD, creating a safe and accessible space for healing and growth.
