You may be struggling with sadness, anxiety, anger—all feelings which are very normal given the stressful experiences you are going through. You want to move beyond the past so you can accept yourself as you are. Learning how to manage negative thoughts, intense emotions, setting boundaries, and improved communication would all be skills you’d like to improve upon.
