Brief Consultation – Free

15 Minutes by phone or online video conference

A brief consultation is to help me understand your concerns and reasons for counseling and so you can learn more about my online therapy services. If we both feel it’s a good fit for working together, we can then move forward.

Initial Assessment – $200

60 Minutes by online video conference

At the initial assessment we discuss more fully the problems and concerns which lead you to seek out counseling, your personal history, current symptoms, and goals for therapy.  An initial treatment plan will be developed collaboratively between you and I.

Individual Therapy Sessions – $200

60 Minutes by online video conference or 45 minutes Walk-and-Talk Therapy session at a nearby park in Maple Valley (weekly or bi-weekly)

I provide a safe and therapeutic space to assist you in your process towards healing and self-improvement. Talk therapy will involve discussing your concerns and life experiences and I will ask questions and share my observations with you. We will discuss your strengths and work on building upon these to address areas of concern. Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and usually occur at a regularly scheduled time once or every other week.
